Package for CD Digital Certificate Problem

I receive the digital certificate error using Package for CD.

Article ID : 842311 in Knowledgebase.

But, I have SP1 installed and it is still a problem, but I think a different
one.

The article indicates the problem is when copying to a folder. I have the
problem with folder AND CD copying.

I have uninstalled viewer, reinstalled Office 2003 (without unstalling
first), reinstalled viewer, and the same thing happened.

I tried reinstalling SP1 but you can do that because there's a message that
it is already installed.

I have read through some threads that seem to be the same problem, and
haven't seen a fix. I have seen a few time wasting suggestions (uninstall
everything, reinstall everything, use Package for CD before applying SP1,
etc.).

Anyone know about a fix that has worked?

Yes, that was the first thing I did.

If I am correct about what I have read in the Knowledgebase and here, I
should only get the error copying to a folder. But, I get the error copying
to CD too.

I have other PCs using SP1 with this function working, it just doesn't work

Any chance you have an anti virus app running? You might try suspending it
while trying to package the presentation.

Based on the information you provided earlier, it appears that your version
of MSO.DLL did not get updated properly. The version should be 11,931 KB
and has modified date of 6/17/2004.
