Hi:
Is there a shortcut to remove the page header?

Do you mean on the screen? No. The time/datestamp and the Title must appear
on all pages and they cannot be removed.

Or do you mean on the printed page? The closest you can get is to go into
Print Preview and select the option to "Print Page Header on a separate page"
then discard the top piece of paper after printing.

You can try unchecking: View->Page Header. (or shortcut key: Alt v p)
