i heard about a kind of file to use with web sites to manage the used
languages(ex: spanish, english,etc...).
is there a way to manage this by managing a language file????. How
internacional websites do it???

Not sure of what kind of "file" to do this with.

But if I were gonna do it I would create my english web first, then create
subwebs/subsites for each additional language. Using my english main web
pages as templates for each other language's subweb/subsite. Then link to
each language's web with flag buttons like you see on multi-language sites.
