Page numbering as "s-3-8" to be inserted in TOC

How can I create a page # "s-3-8" so that it is referenced in the TOC as
"s-3-8".

If the "s-3" part represents outline numbering of a heading style in the
document, you should be able to incorporate it using the "Include chapter
