page numbering for booklet - can't order pages

I've been fiddling with this problem the past two days and can't do
anything with it; I must be missing something with the on-line help.

Does anyone want to help out for a small fee? I can pay by Paypal.

If you have Word 2002 or above, you choose "Book fold" under "Multiple
pages" in Page Setup, and Word takes care of it for you. The pages are still
displayed in numerical order but will print correctly for a folded booklet.
