I am trying to make the page numbering like this: A-1, A-2.
My paragraphs headings are numbers like this: 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, etc.
How do I make the page numbering automatic (this is the appendix section
where this numbering applies only) so I can include in the Table of Contents
when finished?
