Page numbering with Word

Trying to number a document, starting at page 2, and omitting final page, the

Put a next page section break at the end of the first page and at the
end of the next to last page. Add page numbers to the middle section but
not the two end sections. You will probably have to decouple the last
section header/footer from the previous one.

And, if you want Page x of y, use { SECTIONPAGES } in place of { NUMPAGES }
