page numbering

Using Word 97, I like to number my pages 1 of 5 etc. I can't seem to do
it. All I get is "1", "2", etc. Can someone tell me how to do this ?

Hi Eileen,

You will find buttons for this on the Header and Footer toolbar that appears
when you select Headers and Footers from the View menu. There is also an
autotext entry in the pulldown on that toolbar that will insert Page # of #
Pages
