Another frustrating thing. In PPT2003 I could go to the Slide Master type in
Chapter <XX> Pg. <x> of <xx> and Slide would come up with Chapter 7 Pg. 4 of
59 Now The first slide does not count all the pages in the chapter Even if
you deselect Do Not Show on Title Slide I still can not input the word
"Chapter" PPT 2007 just defaults to a number then XX of XX I can't input the
words Chapter or Page.. What gives??
