Page orientation changes when I hit print

Trying to print some 11 x 17 posters. I set it up as landscape in publisher
2003, design it and then hit print and it changes the page orientation as it
sends it to the printer, all on its own. I have made usre the printer
settings are correct and the page settings, but to know avail. the curious
thing is that when it does this, when you go into the page setup dialog it is
still the same, it just changed the document. So the page set-up now is
still set at landscape, but my view of the document shows portrait and when I
select portrait in page set-up, it changes my view of the page back to
landscape. Not sure what is wrong. Is this just sloppy programming or
what????

Did you check the setting in the Print window just before you pressed
the OK button?
Or if you use the Print button on the button bar, Is your Default
printer set for Portrait?
