Page Property background FP 2003

In FP 2002 right click the page - click page property -
click background in the bottom there was the choice ''Get
background information from another page." This did 2
things. If got the background and it got the hyperlink
color data from another page.

In FP 2003 this is lacking or I cannot find it.

What is the answer. Please do not tell me cascading style
sheets as I never got into CSS and for now an avoiding
them.
