Page Size Doesn't Stick

L

Lilia

I am formatting a page to fit onto a 4.5" x 7.5"
(vertical) size sheet of paper. I have created the page
size within the printer properties (HP LJ 4100N) but when
I am in my Pub file, the custom paper size isn't
available for selection. Is there a compatibility
issue? Is there a workaround? By default, the page
prints centered on a letter size sheet, with crop marks.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

The page size is Publisher is determined by your printer driver. If you
change your printer driver page size, then the page size in Publisher will
change.

Which version of Publisher are you using?

I am using 2003. I checked the printer settings but the
print still came out shifted down like it was expecting to
use a full Letter sheet of paper.

Lilia there are no known printing issues in any version of Publisher.

You either have incorrect settings or your printer driver is giving
problems.

Check the website of your printer manufacturer if they have an updated
version for your model printer.
