Page-within-a-page html woes

Here's the URL, before I forget again:
http://www.vagoatsoap.com/toppage1.htm

The goal is to put up a Google API map showing my customers what local
events I'll be selling at. I finally get the map html correct, but
everytime I copy and paste it (from Works word processor) onto my site in
Frontpage, I get this page-within-a-page rubbish. What's causing it and how
do I make it stop? This is the only page that's ever done this.

Thanks in advance,

I wonder how this happened.

You have repeated code and in fact two <html> tags

One thing I could say is:
Don't paste from Word into FP. The same probably also applies to Works. Try
pasting into NotePad first and then from NotePad into FP

This may make a difference. If not, you need to edit the code to get rid of
the extraneouos code. I tired to do some of this, but ran into problems
deciding what was needed and what wasn't. If you have troubles, I may be
able to try again

BTW, the included Google map looks nice. I assume this is OK. I have seen it
on many other sites, so why not ?

You need to just copy the map code into your page in FP.
