Palm Conduit 10.1.4 Problems

Earlier today I installed Office 10.1.4 along with the Palm Conduit
10.1.4. Later I opted to delete Office 10.1.4 since I was having font
problems when sending to an Outlook Express for Windows user (HTML font
encoding seems to have problems in that the font displayed on OE is very
small). Now that I've reinstalled Office and applied the 10.1.2 update,
I can no longer sync my Palm. During the hotsync it seems that the
Entourage conduit is being invoked, but no information is exchanged.
Also, I'm now unable to view the Entourage conduit settings in the
HotSync Manager. When you double click on conduit entry, the dialog box
does not open.

I'm desperate! Any clues?

Problem solved. It seems that there are HotSync support files in the
Office X applications folder in addition to the actual Entourage
Conduit. Once I ran the installer all seems to work OK.
