Palm Conduit doesn't do Calendar entries

Howdy!

I am doing tech support for someone with Entourage and a Palm.

Versions:
O/S: Mac 10.3.4
Entourage: 10.1.4 (030702)
Entourage Conduit: Webpage says Released: 8/4/2003 12:00:00 AM
Palm Desktop: 4.0

Palm: 3.5.3

The conduit does the sync of the To-Do items and the Address Book
perfectly, but it doesn't do any Calendar items at all. There are no
errors logged in the log file - it says "Calendar OK".

If anyone has had this problem and solved it I would very much
appreciate hearing from you.

Hi Daniel,

I might be wrong, but I think you need at a minimum Palm Desktop 4.2.1
software and Palm OS 5.2.1. I know there are "known" issues with the
revised version of Memo, Address and To Do in Palm OS 5.2.8. My
Tungsten C uses Palm OS 5.2.1 and I've got Entourage 10.3.4 and for the
most part, syncs go well.

Actually, the Handheld Synchronization conduit for Office X only requires
Palm OS 3.

Unfortunately I don't know what my be causing this problem. You might want
to start troubleshooting by deleting the Entourage Storage file and then
attempting the synchronization again.
/Users/<Your User>/Documents/Palm/Users/<Your User>/Entourage Data/Entourage
Storage

Or, if all of the data is in the Palm or on the computer, go to
/Applications/Palm/HotSync Manager, go to HotSync -> Conduit Settings, click
the Entourage Conduit, click the Conduit Settings button, and set the
conduit to "Entourage Overwrites Handheld" (or vice versa, depending on
where the data is located). Then, check the "Do once and then synchronize"
button. Try again and see if it works.

Right.

Same here. I've had no problem synchronizing my Palm running the same OS
with Entourage X or 2004.
