Palm Conduit error 16394?

Hi,

I have been seeing intermittent failures in the Entourage 2004 Palm sync
conduit. The handheld will report that the connection has been lost, and
the Missing Sync log will report "unexpected error 16394." Anybody know
what this means or how to prevent it?
