I have a Palm m505 I want to sync with Entourage X.
I downloaded from Microsoft's site the Entourage Conduit, and
followed all the instructions for installation. I went into Conduit
Settings and set them according to the download instructions.
However, when I do my first HotSync, I get: "Unable to initiate HotSync
operation because the port is in use by another application."
I can't seem to get past that.
I'm connected to a G4 Powerbook via USB cable. I'm running Mac OS
10.2.8, Palm Desktop v4.1, and Palm OS v4.
Can anybody steer me toward what I'm dong wrong?
