Palm conduit for Entourage

I'm able to download the Handheld Sync Installer "conduit"
however when try to load the application i recive an error
message "The installation failed because Microsoft
Componet Plugin was not found." Handheld Synchronization
for Entourage X is needed to enable transfer of data
between Palm Pilot and Entourage. Any suggestions.

What version of Entourage are you using?

The "downloadable" conduit won't work with Entourage 2004 - it has it's own
on the CD.
