My handheld Palm m100 recently crashed and lost all its data, so I
hotsynced to download the data from my Mac to the PDA again. After a
very long hotsync (20 minutes), I discovered that all of the data from
my desktop had downloaded to my PDA ....EXCEPT that it was stuck in
time in February 2003 (six months ago)! All of my dates, addresses,
etc. entered in the past six months were absent from my handheld (but
still existing on the desktop).
Important note: It was just six months ago that I switched from using
the Palm Desktop software to MS Entourage for my desktop
calendar/address book, and I've been using the Entourage conduit to
transfer data ever since. I presume that somehow the hotsync is now
downloading data from my old Palm data file instead of my up-to-date
Entourage app.
Anybody know why it's doing that? And, more importantly, how do I make
my PDA download from the Entourage data file instead of this old Palm
data file?
Thanks,
Chuck
