Palm displays various phone numbers and email addresss in no order

I want to be able to control and maintain the contact name and telephone in the Palm. Various contact contain all the same data in Outlook but when they sync over to Palm they appear in random order. Can you force Palm to only read only certain phone numbers? Outlook 2003 and Palm/Samsung Phone.

Since it is a function of the Palm, I would ask in a forum that covers the
Palm OS and/or the Samsung phone.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
