Palm/Entourage synch

I've downloaded the entourage conduit installer, but it can't install
because it tells me the "Palm HotSynch" folder is missing from the
hard drive. I've installed the entire Palm folder, but maybe something
is mis-named? Can anyone help? Thanks.
