Palm sync doesn't transfer addresses

It's only transferring phone numbers and e-mail addresses. I found the fix
for this problem once before in here, but the message has dropped out of
the list. It involves deleting a file. I tried deleting the Entourage
Settings in the Palm Users folder, but it didn't help.
