PALM SYNC ERROR

When I´m trying to sync my Palm with Entourage, the following message
appears, even though I don´t have any other programs open:

HotSync Failure: The Entourage identity could not be opened because
another identity is open in another Office application

I have installed everything correctly. Does anybody out there know, why this
happens? Thanks Berts

I just installed it.

I had a problem where I had an identity with just a space for a name.
Not characters. Once I fixed this my problems went away.
