Palm Synchronising with Entourage

I have both the Palm desktop and MS Entourage loaded on my iMac, and I am
not able to perform a syncronisation with MS Entourage. I am successfully
synchronising with the Palm Desktop.

Is there an option where you choose Entourage as the default address book?

I am using the MAC OS X 10.1.4 and Palm Desktop 4.0. And have a Palm Vx

I would really appreciate any help.

Hi Mike!

According to the troubleshooting information for the conduit listed on the
Microsoft website
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/entouragex/using.aspx?pid=usingentoura
gex&type=howto&article=/mac/LIBRARY/feature_articles/officex/en_PS5_Tshoot.x
ml, you should have one or the other, but not both enabled. Using both will
result in duplicate records.

What happens if you use them separately? Do they each work?

Also, be sure you're Entourage X has been updated to at least 10.1.2.
