Palm Tungsten E and MS Business Contact Manager synch

I want to have by BCM synched to my Palm just as the Contacts now are. Is Chapura software the only product? If so, which is the least expensive product? Does anyone know of a free product. One thread mentioned copying records over to Contacts. It does not make sense to duplicate all BCM records in the (personal) contacts.
