Since upgrading to Panther, Entourage has started putting scoll bars
in the middle of its screens. They of course do not function and it is
purely a costmetic problem - but it looks stupid and clearly needs
fixing. I am not sure how to report a bugs so I hope this somehow gets
logged at Microsoft - Thanks
