Paragraph before and after setting

Have Word 2007. Where do I find setting for paragraph Before and After so
that I can set both to 0 pt? The seemingly automatic double spacing is
driving me nuts!! Thanks.

To set paragraph before/after spacing directly... In the Home ribbon tab,
click the little arrow that points southeast in the lower right corner of
the Paragraph section. Or, press Alt+FP. Or, right-click and choose
Paragraph.

But... for an overall more Word 2003-like formatting experience, in the
Styles section of the Home tab, choose Change Styles - Style Set - Word
2003. If you like the result, then choose Change Styles - Set as Default.
