Paragraph break in text field?

I want to put a "paragraph break" within the text I type in the Notes
column/field. Is this possible? I know to use Alt+Enter in a cell in Excel,
but this doesn't work in Project.

Hello mamabear,

You can place a carriage return (enter key) in the note field if you
enter the text into the Task Information dialog box, Notes tab.
(Double click on the task to show the Task Information dialog box or
use the Notes button on the standard toolbar).

Be aware however, the Notes field displayed in a table will only show
the first 255 characters *or* to the first carriage return.
