Paragraph on seperate lines

Hi,
I have a user that everytime when he prints something from
outlook, it prints some sentences on one line & other
sentences are on separate lines. For example, at the
beginning of one sentence he'll probably only have two or
three words and the rest of the sentence wraps to the next
line. He thinks that the people that are recieving his
emails are experiencing the same print outs. How can I
have it print out documents in a paragraph, easy to read
format? We're using outlook 2003.
