I have Office 2003 Pro on a XP Pro machine. I have a POP account set up and
have verified all settings are correct. I have an e-mail that I send to a
user, the user responds to my original e-mail. In Outlook, the only thing I
can see in the reply is my origianl e-mail. In the e-mail web site, I can see
the reply with the senders info. I originally thought that the person
replying was using a different color font (like white) and it was not showing
up in Outlook, so I selected the whole message and then edit message to
change the font, but it is only selecting my original message. It does not
see to select her reply. Any ideas? I have worked with Outlook for over 10
years and have never seen anything like this. It is as if Outlook is
actually editing the message when downloading it.
