partial install of Microsoft Offive 2000 prof

How do I install on Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and not
Outlook? I have Outlook 2003 on the hard drive already,
and I am concerened that re-installing 2000 entirely will
nuke my data (which already happened). Therefore, I just
need to "cherry pick" some programs off of Office 2000
but no all. The Wizard was not too helpful.
