Partial Picture download from me.com to Entourage

I receive only a small portion of the photos emailed to me through my me.com account into Entourage. If I go directly to the server I see and can download the photos, but Entourage truncates them. How can I fix this?

There should be a link in the message header that says something like
"Receive entire message". Click on it to get the rest of the message, i.e.,
the photo.
