Participate in outlook voting?

Is it possible for an Entourage user to participate in an Outlook "vote"
and have the response show up in the returned table of approvals and
disapprovals?

I don't think this feature has yet been implemented. You should use the
Send Feedback command in the Help menu to let MS know you want it,
