Passing parameters to an email form

I

Iain Holland

I have a database that checks room availability for a small hotel in Italy.
It's basically very simple and SO FAR it works fine.

However, once the site visitor has checked that accommodation is available
they are passed to a form that collects their details along with the
parameters for the date, prices and room they've selected. So far so good.

The parameter values appear at the top of the Reservations form and the
visitor is required to complete their personal details.

For ease of use this form is meant now to be emailed to the hotel with ALL
the details, those collected AND of course the parameter information.

It won't send either to a _private .csv file OR as an email form.

Is there any reason why form fields filled by passing parameters won't send?

Clarify
When you pass the parameter are you displaying it as text on the page or in a form field
If not in a form field it will not be passed
If you want to pass it and not have the user change it, make it a hidden form field on the 2nd page
<input type="hidden" name="newFieldName" value="<%=FieldName%>">
