password recovery

Hi all,

I have a word file that I password protected a while ago. But i've
forgotten the password and therefore is unable to open that file. Is there
a way to break that password or retrive it using vba code? If yes, kindly
help. Thanks.

Or take a good google trip.

No! There are password crackers available but they tend to be expensive and
time consuming.
