Password Recovery

Hi, I have a spreadsheet that one of our disgruntled employs upon resigning
he has password protected the sheet. He has placed a password in the on open
option.

I have tried various password recoveries and still no luck, can someone
please help me as there is a critical information in this file and starting
over is not an option currently.

Bob, I mailed them as it doesnt seem that they can sort out Excel 2007
problems.
