Sorry if this has been covered before; I was not able to locate a post
containing a solution.
One group of forums that I have been accessing through its web browser
interface, specifically the forums at adobe.com, requires user ID and
password authentication. That is no problem through any web browser.
However, I would like to experiment retrieving the messages through
Entourage. The problem is that the corresponding dialog box in Entourage
where one enters the user ID and password for the newsgroup will NOT accept
my name because it contains diacriticals, namely ó and ñ. Is there a
workaround, or should I just try another news reader?
