"Paste Special" should be available with a right mouse click

When cutting/copying and pasting, especially in Word, having the ability to
do a Paste Special from a right mouse click would be very helpful and save
time.

When cutting/copying and pasting, especially in Word, having the

I have very useful Paste Unformatted macro... Most useful in floating toolbar, but also in mouse context menu. (IME)

how i did it (in word95 originally):
record a macro (clean it up in editor)
customize your menus, then associate macro with an icon.
i edited a copy of the regular Paste icon to be a kind of greyed out clipboard icon.
