Hi ST
This is an old word problem thats been around sine 95,
when pasting excel into word the clipboard converts the
excel into a wmf (if i remember correctly) file format.
This format has a physical size limit to it hence the
cropping effect.
What you need to do is either screen capture the print
preview version of the excel file and dump that into Word
as a picture.
Or play around with column sizes and fonts in excel tile
you get the desired effect.
Not sure on this one but the zoom % many also affect the
results, best to play and see
Hope this helps
Alex
into Word either linked or unlinked it cuts off the last
two columns of the spreadsheet. And as a bitmap image the
resolution is not very good. In print preview in Excel
all the columns fit on a page without any problem. I have
tried reducing the font size and it still cuts the last
two columns. Any suggestions? Thanks so much for your
help.
