It pastes OK but the outline gets included in the Table of Contents of the
Word document. However, the styles of the outline are not Heading 1, 2 or 3,
the levels which are included in the TOC.
It seems something fishy is going on with the styles in Word 2002 and 2003.
Microsoft has acknowledged this on some occasions for 2002 but it seems it is
persisting in 2003
Any suggestions?
