What kind of "data" are you trying to post? What happens when you try?

Entourage has only limited HTML capability. For example, if the data has
tables in it, Entourage does not handle tables, so tables and Excel data get
pasted as text.

You can send Word and Excel docs as attachments, or you can copy the
relevant parts of the documents as pictures and paste the images.

This is an area where Entourage is far behind Outlook or OE.

All caps is considered as shouting. Your question should be included into
the body of the message. Since you gave no details on what you wanted to
paste it's hard for anyone to give a detailed answer.

Copy in Excel and then use "Paste Special:paste as Picture" in Entourage.

Use Excel with Entourage

Use Word with Entourage

Copy in Excel and then use "Paste Special:paste as Picture" in Entourage.

Also, if Entourage is your default email client, you can use the menu entry
File>Send To>Mail Recipient (as HTML) in both Word and Excel to place the
current document inside a new message's text body. Keep in mind that in
Office 2004, this is only possible with Word; furthermore, you cannot make
any modifications to the text body in Entourage.
