Pasting links, and a formula

Hi Gurus.

I have a spreadsheet with mutliple pages, and I want to
take a text cell, such as "C" and create a graph/stats
page from that such as the amount of days in a month that
that cell equalled "C", or "B0"

Is this possible? I can e-mail a copy of the spreadsheet
if anybody needs to see it.
