Pasting without gridlines from Excel 2000

Bill

I'm trying to copy and paste a certain range from Excel
2000 into Outlook 2000 but I do not want the gridlines to
appear in the Outlook email. I've tried turning off
gridlines in page setup as well as in options but it seems
as though Excel takes a snapshot of the data as if the
gridlines are still there even though they may have ben
turned off. Any suggestions are appreciated.
