Patch Admin Install point and clients

All our xp clients have installed office2003 from a CID and custom\full
install. I want to update the clients with sp1, if I slipstream sp1 into the
CID how do I redeploy the patch to the client machines?

If I keep both client and CID at the same 'patch level' can I send out
patches using software update services (WSUS)?
