Hi, i had tried out the group mailer but no luck and then came accross
this

http://scriptbuilders.net/files/separategroupmessagesentourage1.2.html

Is this an old script or will this still be good for separating
individual emails and sending an email to each address and making it
look like it was just sent to them. I ended up trying it out and it
worked. Is there a way of puttting Dear " then the first name" to each
address in the email on the beginning of the letter.
It asks me when i am running the script about viruses and the origin of
this application ...this is standard?

I am also trying to send them out at a cetain time later, when i click
send later they are sent when my send and recieve starts again. Is it
possible to make the group and run th escript but send them 2 days
later at 12pm , is this possible if i use calendar ?

I am running OS X 10.4.4 on apple g4 with Entourage 2004 11.1.0

What you're asking for (with a "Dear So-and-so" line") is called a Mail
Merge. Office X and 2004 supply the capability using Word's Data Merge
Manager. I already replied to you _exactly_ how to do this, with all the
steps. Check the thread "Separate group messages in Entourage ?" Both your
question and my reply were on Apr 18, 2006.
