PDA/Phone choices for Syncing with Entourage in OS 10.3

What is the best PDA-phone to get for syncing my contacts with Entourage
with no problems?
It seems everyone that I Look at has a problem with this.

I don't know. I use a Palm Zire 21 PDA that works well. Palm
synchronization is the only type supported by Entourage, but even that's not
perfect with some devices.
