PDA syncronization

I have had a Handspring Visor for 3 years. Despite hiring
professional consultant, calling Handspring, and
downloading patches, I have never been able to get it to
syncronize.

I am now considereing purchasing a new PDA and want one
that will easily syncronize to Outlook. I have Windowsxp
professional & Offices xp professional & use a Dell
Latitude.

PDA's I am considering include:
PALM TUNGSTEN E
PALM TUNGSTEN T2
DELL AXIM X5 400

If you have positive or negative experiences with any of
these PDAs it would be helpful to me in making my choice.
