I wonder if anybody can help please.
What I would like to know if possible, is how to send a lot of PDF's as an attachment, at present if I have multiple pages to attach I have to do so individually which can mean one long attachment!
I have received attachments from other people which sort of puts them into a sort of folder and when opened shows all the individual pages, how do you do this PLEASE.
I only have the standard Acrobat 9.0 on my system.
As you can see, I am not very computer literate do if anyone can help I would very much appreciate it.
If you can help, please could you provide any details in very simple terms, ie a step by step guide

Well, if you have a certain amount of information to put in one or more
attachments, it will be either one long attachment or many shorter ones.

One possibility is to insert each of the attachments into a Word document.
You can then attach the Word document. If you'd rather send a PDF, use the
Print command and the PDF button in the lower left corner of the Print
dialog to save the document as a PDF file.

Either the Word document or the PDF file is likely to be large, however.

Why not use StuffIt or something similar to place all of them into one
package? That way you also have the option of encrypting the files if
necessary. The latest version of StuffIt will even further compress pdf
files.

That's a good idea.
Another possibility (although it doesn't offer the same degree of
compression or the encryption) is to use the Archive command in the Finder.
Select the files you want to compress, then select Compress n Items from the
File menu. All the files will be included in a single zip file (normally
called Archive.zip).

The benefit of doing this is anyone with a Mac can decompress them -
without having to download and install Stuffit Expander. ; )

I would say that the advantage is that anyone with a Mac OR with Windows can
decompress them!
