Is it possible to create a query to find out what lets say 90th percentile
response times are between the two fields?

Could you provide a bit more detail... perhaps a few examples of your
data and your desired results.
Also, check out TopValues property. I'm thinking... the Min of the Top
10%?

Ok, I have these fields: Service ID, Priority Code, Time Notified (in min),
and Time Enroute (in min).
I have to find out the 90th percentile in minutes from Time Notified to TIme
Enroute.
