Perforated ticket/stub Stub 2" ticket 5"

Would like to have a template for a ticket/stub that contains 5 tickets per 8
1/2 x 11 page - stub 2" and ticket 5" with .25" margins around sides

In Tools | Envelopes and Labels, start with one of the "Business Card" label
templates (which have 10 2"x3.5" cards and 0.5" margins). Click on New
Document and modify the table as needed. I would advise sticking with 0.5"
margins unless you are confident that your printer can handle smaller ones
(it also makes the math a lot simpler).
